By using this website or engaging services from Belize Senior Living LLC or Boom Riva'Bend Retirement Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact

1. Nature of Services
We provide non-medical residential support, hospitality services, and wellness-focused lifestyle programming. We are not a hospital, skilled nursing facility, psychiatric institution, or acute care provider.
2. No Medical Liability
All medical decisions and treatment are managed by licensed third-party providers chosen by residents and families.
- Residents and representatives are responsible for medical care coordination and costs.
- Health and emergency coverage valid in Belize remains the client responsibility.
- In emergencies, we contact services and provide reasonable assistance until professionals arrive.
3. Independent Providers
Third-party providers and contractors operate under their own professional obligations and liability frameworks.
4. Assumption of Risk
Residents and representatives acknowledge inherent risks of aging, travel, weather events, and international residency in Belize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belize Senior Living LLC is not liable for unforeseen medical, environmental, travel-related, or force majeure outcomes.
5. Payments and Deposits
Deposits, fees, and service terms are governed by written agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are final and non-transferable.
6. International Client Responsibilities
- Travel logistics, insurance, immigration compliance, and legal/tax obligations remain the client responsibility.
- We strongly recommend consultation with licensed legal, insurance, and healthcare professionals before commitment.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
We use personal information to support inquiries and resident coordination, do not sell personal data, and handle information in line with applicable privacy obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site or service use.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Belize law. Disputes are subject to good-faith resolution efforts, then mediation, then litigation in Belize City courts if needed.
